Logging into my-care has changed
To secure my-care even better and to protect your data, from now on you will need an extra code to log into my-care. After you have entered your username and password, you will receive this code on your (mobile) telephone. For this purpose, we would like to have your telephone number. Obviously, we will explain this process step by step as soon as you log in.
Forgot your user name and/or password?
You can choose in my-care which way you want to receive your new username and/or password. We advise you to select the option ‘per e-mail’, because you can then log in within minutes. If you select the option ‘per post’, it will take a few days.
my-care can be used with the latest version of Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. If you are having problems running my-care on one of these browsers, you can send an email to email@example.com. my-care can be used in other webbrowers, but we cannot guarantee proper functioning.
